I am pleased to share that exams managers/officers can once again nominate their Parcelforce driver for the annual Parcelforce Driver of the Year Award. This is an excellent opportunity to recognise the professionalism, reliability, and support shown by drivers during the script collection period - a service that plays a vital role in maintaining the security and integrity of the examination system.
How to nominate your driver
Nominations can be made through the Script Collection Positive Driver Feedback Form, available on the NAEO website. This form allows you to record examples of excellent service and formally put forward your driver for consideration. Your feedback is shared directly with senior colleagues at Parcelforce Worldwide, ensuring that outstanding drivers receive the recognition they deserve.
The award includes:
- Winner - £250 gift voucher + trophy/certificate
- First runner-up - £100 gift voucher + trophy/certificate
- Second runner-up - £50 gift voucher + trophy/certificate
Why your nomination matters
Parcelforce drivers are – like exams managers/officers - the unsung heroes of an exam series. They:
- Collect scripts securely and reliably under tight time pressures
- Support centres by communicating clearly and professionally
- Help maintain the chain of custody for confidential exam materials
- Provide reassurance to exams staff during a high‑stakes period
By submitting positive feedback, you help highlight the drivers who consistently go above and beyond - whether through exceptional punctuality, professionalism, problem‑solving, or simply offering a calm, supportive service on busy exam days.
What to do next
If your driver has demonstrated outstanding service this summer, please take a few minutes to complete the positive driver feedback form. Your nomination contributes directly to the selection process for the Parcelforce Driver of the Year Award and helps celebrate the individuals who make a real difference to centres across the country.
The award will be made during The Exams Office National Conferences which take place during January/February 2027.
