Script collection issues feedback form

To report an issue during the collection of scripts from your centre, in the first instance, please contact the Parcelforce Worldwide helpdesk on 0344 561 7998. This will enable them to:

  • retain a record of all incidents
  • monitor the volume of issues experienced by each centre
  • identify if there is an issue with specific areas
