To ensure that exams officers (and senior leaders) receive quality exams related support, the NAEO is launching an Endorsement Programme.
As the representative organisation for the exams officer community, the NAEO has a responsibility to ensure that our members are receiving quality, fit-for-purpose and value-for-money exams-related support.
To deliver this reassurance for our members, the NAEO has created criteria which should be met be any organisation to acquire our endorsement.
Any organisation which meets this criteria will have access to a 'NAEO endorsed' logo for the current academic year which will provide reassurance for centres that:
- any members of their staff members who are involved in the management, administration and conducting examinations are receiving high quality support which includes accurate and up-to-date information
- the support has been verified to ensure that it meets the requirements of any centre staff involved in the management, administration and conducting of examinations/assessments
- the materials and/or content protects the integrity and security of the examination system within their centre
- their centre budget is being used effectively on resources/support which offers full value-for-money

The criteria which organisations must meet to acquire NAEO endorsement is based upon the product or service provided.
