Employment issues should be addressed to the NAEO direct using the online form found here. Subject to the NAEO’s terms, you may be entitled to free legal advice and representation.
All enquiries are managed by a representative of the NAEO who will provide support and guidance, including advice on exam regulations.
If you are a member of a trade union, the NAEO will support your trade representative by providing expert advice in relation to JCQ/awarding body processes and requirements.
Note: If applicable, the NAEO will provide up to £1000 of legal support per member per academic year.

Personal injury
You can also access Morrish Solicitors’ no win no fee personal injury service on preferential terms.
Their expertise also extends to non-workplace injury claims.
Medical negligence
Medical negligence services are also provided on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis. As a benefit of NAEO membership, you can access this service at preferential rates and Legal Aid might be available. Morrish are Law Society accredited.
Wills and estates
As a member of the NAEO, you are entitled to a 10% discount on all wills and estates services, including a basic will for your spouse.
Property
As part of your NAEO membership, you are entitled to a 10% discount on residential conveyancing services.
Family law
Morrish can guide you through a range of matters from civil partnership, mediation, divorce, or childcare and adoption.
As with other services, you are also entitled to a 10% discount on Family Law services.
Dispute resolution
The team at Morrish will use a variety of techniques to resolve the issue with the aim of avoiding a lengthy court battle, which can prove to be expensive and cause unnecessary stress.
