About Morrish Solicitors

Morrish offers a variety of legal services, all of which can be accessed by our members either on a free basis or at discounted rates. Based in Yorkshire, but acting Nationally, their rates are already extremely competitive.

Employment Rights

The Employment Rights team has a formidable reputation when it comes to helping associations and their members navigate the complexities of employment law and enforce their legal rights.

They offer advice and representation in a range of employment law matters, including settlement agreements, redundancy, discrimination and unfair dismissal.

Personal Injury

You can also access Morrish Solicitors’ no win no fee personal injury service on preferential terms.

Their areas of expertise include claims for catastrophic injury, spinal injuries, workplace accidents, slips and trips occurring outside the workplace and road traffic accidents.

As a member of the NAEO, you are entitled to a 10% discount on all wills and estates services, including a basic will for your spouse.

As part of your NAEO membership, you are entitled to a 10% discount on residential conveyancing services.

Morrish can assist with a range of disputes including contested wills and probate, debt claims, professional negligence, breach of contract or boundary and neighbour disputes.

Their team will use a variety of techniques to resolve the issue with the aim of avoiding a lengthy court battle, which can prove to be expensive and cause unnecessary stress.
